Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free trial

The 14-day trial needs no payment details and costs nothing. If you do nothing, it simply ends and alarms stop.

2. Right of withdrawal for consumers (14 days)

If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from your first subscription payment within 14 days of the purchase without giving a reason. Email info@sarwise.com or use the link in your Paddle receipt, and we refund that payment in full. This also applies to a yearly plan.

3. Monthly plans

• You can cancel at any time.
• The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period. You keep full access until then.
• Apart from the withdrawal right above, payments for the current period are not refunded, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.

4. Yearly plans

• A yearly plan is a commitment for 12 months at a reduced price. Apart from the withdrawal right above, it cannot be ended early and the payment is not refunded, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Refund Policy and applicable mandatory law.
• You may turn off automatic renewal at any time; your access continues until the end of the year.
• We remind you about 30 days before your yearly plan renews.

5. Team plans

Team plans are for businesses, so the consumer withdrawal right does not apply. You can add vehicles at any time (charged pro rata) and remove vehicles from the next period, with a minimum of 3 vehicles.

6. Exceptions

If you are charged by mistake (for example a double payment), or if alarms did not work for a significant part of a period because of a fault on our side, contact us and we will correct it with a refund or credit.

7. How to cancel

Cancel through the link in your Paddle receipt email, in the SarMaps settings, or by emailing info@sarwise.com from the address of your account. We confirm every cancellation.
